My next step will be to reach out to the producer to explore the possibility of replacing this particular piece. Im not keen on uninstalling the faucet a second time."

"I really appreciate this product. For the cost, the quality is excellent. Although the sprayer doesnt automatically retract, a gentle push gets it right back in place. The pressure is really good and can be varied. I installed my faucet handle differently, so I need to buy a soap dispenser to cover the hole which was left by the old sprayer. I would definitely suggest this and I plan to shop from them once again."
